For the Year 2011 - Inclusion into an elite and passionate circle of clinicians. - Full Year Access to Online Meeting presentations - Tuition reduced for annual meetings. - AMED Newsletters. - Voting privilege rights to annual members board meeting - Members that are current with dues are posted online for referrals by fellow clinicians and for patients who seek microscopic level of care. - Members Only web site access to the archive of AMED Newsletters. - Use of Annual AMED logo for your website & advertising. - Membership insignia pin & pen.

Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellations must be received by October 15, 2011. Requests for refunds received by October 15, 2011 will be granted in full, less a $75 administration fee. After October 15, 2011 NO registration refunds will be issued. Please call or email us to request a cancellation.
