Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellations must be received by September 30, 2008. Requests for refunds received by September 30, 2008 will be granted in full, less a $75 administration fee. Course Space:
Space limitation for Hands on Courses. Registration for these courses is on a first come first serve basis and is only open to registered conference attendees. Please register for the 6th Annual Meeting before registering for courses. You will receive confirmation once your registration has been accepted.
